Mallard Model 5126/5127 freezeless control (dump) valve
5100, 5126/5127, 5450

Control & Dump Valves

Freezeless dump valves for fluid control in oil and gas separators and other process vessels. Mallard also offers the 5450 high-pressure motor valve.

  • Plug and seat stay submerged in the process media, giving the freezeless characteristic
  • 5100: compact angle body, stainless steel trim, 2220 psig at 100°F
  • 5126/5127: 2 in MNPT x 1 in FNPT, 1500 psig at 100°F, ANSI Class IV leakage
  • 5126/5127: change trim or actuator by removing the hammer nut, no special tools
