What we collect

Contact and quote forms. Your name, company, email, phone number and the product or application details you enter.

Rupture Pin Cost Calculator. Your name, company and email to open the calculator. If you choose to send us your results, we also receive the cost figures you entered.

PDF downloads. Your email address, plus which document you requested, the page you were on and the date.

Ask Adaptive. Questions you type into our website assistant stay in your browser and are not saved or sent to us. If you choose “Send my question to Adaptive,” your question is copied into our contact form for you to review and send.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, prepare quotes, send the documents you ask for and follow up about the products you are interested in. New requests are emailed to our sales team.

How your information is stored

Form entries and download requests are stored in our account with Wix, our website provider, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. They are not visible to website visitors and only our team can access them.

Marketing emails

We do not add you to marketing emails when you contact us, request a quote or download a PDF. The only way to receive product updates is to tick the optional box on the Rupture Pin Cost Calculator form, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website or when required by law. Those providers are Wix (hosting, forms and data storage) and Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection on our forms).

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. To make the site work, your browser keeps a few small items: your email for the rest of your visit so we don’t ask again for each PDF, a Wix visitor key that lets forms send securely and whether you closed the help bubble. Google reCAPTCHA may set its own cookies to check that a person, not a bot, is submitting a form; see Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to you and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
