What Perma-Cal Provides

Perma-Cal builds pressure gauges around its Gearless Direct Drive design: one moving part, with no gears, linkages or springs to wear.

  • Precision test gauges to ±0.25% F.S., vacuum through 15,000 psi
  • Process gauges, including Ray Series high-visibility dials
  • Gauge and welded diaphragm seal assemblies in 316 SS or Hastelloy
  • Calibration certificates, oxygen cleaning, helium leak testing and custom dials

Process Gauges

Direct Drive process gauges for pumps, pipelines and plant service with vibration, pulsation or shock.

  • Process accuracy codes from ±0.5% F.S. to ±1.0% F.S.
  • Dial sizes 2 in. to 8.5 in.; front flange, rear flange, no flange or turret cases
  • Ray Series high-visibility dial: neon yellow, black markings, red pointer
  • Rear, bottom or top fitting; 1/4 NPT, 1/2 NPT, BSP and other connections

Precision Test Gauges

Test gauges for calibration and critical pressure testing, shipped with a calibration certificate.

  • ±0.25% F.S. accuracy (Grade 3A)
  • Vacuum through 15,000 psi; single, dual, vacuum and compound scales
  • Inconel X-750 element; media from -65°F to 600°F with high-temperature cases
  • 2.5, 4.5, 6 and 8.5 in. dials in ABS, metal and military-grade cases

Gauge / Mini-Seal combination

Welded Diaphragm Seal Gauges

Perma-Cal gauges on an all-welded mini seal that isolates the gauge from corrosive, viscous or sanitary process media.

  • 316 SS or Hastelloy wetted seal; 1/4 or 1/2 NPT, male or female
  • Vacuum to 1,000 psi; ±0.5% F.S. (Grade 2A) available
  • Standard, inert (vacuum service) and high-temperature fills to 650°F
  • All-welded design removes potential leak paths
